Vajraloka is situated in North Wales, close to the town of Corwen on the A5.

Arriving by train:

If travelling by train, please get off at Wrexham General. You will then need to take a bus to Corwen. From Wrexham General station, walk towards the town centre; King Street Bus Station is about five minutes’ walk.

For the latest bus times, please click here and select the X94 timetable (towards the bottom of the page)

We now meet the afternoon bus that arrives in corwen at 15:55 (leaves wrexham 15:05). Please let us know if you wished to be collected, so we can plan adequate transport. Please note that we cannot meet any other buses.

From Corwen, a 15minute taxi ride will bring you to Vajraloka (approx £5/6)
Some Taxi telephone numbers:
Waterloo House: 01490 412333 (M-F 9-5 only)
Evan's Taxis: 01490 412085
Owen’s Taxis: 01490 412792

By Car:
Make for Corwen, which lies on the A5. Leaving Corwen heading west on the A5, go straight on at the traffic lights (about 1 mile west of Corwen). Shortly after, you will pass the Rhug Organic Farmshop on your left and you then take the next right signed to Betws Gwerfil Goch. (N.B. If you are driving along the A494, you will meet the A5 at the aforementioned traffic lights, where you turn right.) Take the second road on the left where you will see a caravan in the corner garden (exactly 0.4 miles from the A5 ) and continue for another two miles on the narrow farm road. Vajraloka is through the gate at the very end of this road (which becomes increasingly rough after you pass Blaen Ddol, on the right).
